EUCALYPT HOUSE ALL PETS WELCOME
Our 4 bedroom house, situated on 5 flat acres, is located on a quiet country lane just a short 5 minute drive from the village of Boreen Point on the shores of Lake Cootharaba 20 kilometres from Noosa Heads and 170 kilometres north of Brisbane.
It is an open plan, light-filled modern home with timber floors, high ceilings, and modern appliances. There are three separate living areas with four bedrooms plus an office.
It features a large free-flowing and open plan main living area with flat screen TV and air-conditioning, adjacent to dining area, entertainer’s kitchen with island bar.
A formal lounge/music room with stylish bay windows over looking the garden and a separate office with internet connection.
Master bedroom with air- conditioning, en-suite, and walk in robe, and flat screen TV. Separate wing with private living area/ media room with flat screen TV and 3 guest bedrooms all with fans and built in wardrobes, 2 with air-conditioners, and main bathroom, ideal as a teenage/kids/guest retreat, and full laundry facilities.
Our fabulous outdoor entertaining area is fully screened and spacious enough for the biggest of gatherings, with a large dining table and BBQ and direct access from two living areas, looking out onto the forest. “Pet Friendly” secure fencing plus two “Doggie Doors” and horses welcome. Double lock up garage with remote control.

Boreen Point is a small village overlooking the sandy beaches and pleasant picnic spots of Lake Cootharaba, and is home to the popular historic Apollonian Hotel, our house is just a short drive to the Sailing Club, Kabi Golf club, swimming beach and the general store.
Swimming, sailing, fishing, kite surfing on the lake, explore the everglades by canoe or boat, and bushwalk in the Cooloola wilderness. It’ s only twenty minute drive to Noosa Beaches, Hastings Street featuring fine restaurants, and the Great Sandy National Park.
The lake is home to windsurfing and yachting competitions and is part of the Noosa River system. Boreen Point is the gateway to the upper Noosa River.
Locals and visitors come from far and wide to enjoy the famous Sunday spit roast lunch and to relax on the wide veranda or in the beer garden of the historic Apollonian Hotel. Set on 3 acres with post-and-rail fences and a friendly Clydesdale in the front paddock, the Apollonian is a rustic and welcoming country pub.
KABI ORGANIC GOLF CLUB
Kabi Golf Club is a fantastic place for large or small groups to enjoy a round. They offer 27 holes and cater for golfers of all standards. Now open for nine years, the course has matured well and is constantly improving. The Par 3 course (18 holes) has been established the longest, with the full length Orchard 9 that has been open for six years a welcome addition. This provides golfers with variety and also the opportunity to pull out the driver in a unique setting amongst fruit trees.
LAKE COOTHARABA SAILING CLUB
Are a family oriented, friendly club, located in the village of Boreen Point on the large salt water lake of Cootharaba on Queensland's Sunshine world Coast, with predominant sea breezes, providing some of the best flat water sailing conditions in the world.

The inaugural meeting of The Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club was held on the 12th of February, 1946.
EUMUNDI MARKETS
Settled in 1873, Eumundi is a small, lively but laidback town in the Noosa hinterland that has become famous for its market, as well as its art galleries, restaurants, shops, pubs and local produce.
Visit the town on Wednesday or Saturday and you will find the popular Eumundi Market in full swing. Famous for its catch–cry of make it, bake it, design it, sew it or grow it, the market attracts thousands of shoppers who come to wander through the walkways and inspect wares for sale at over 500 stalls.
