All bookings are required to pay a deposit of $200 to secure the booking. Balance is be due 1 week prior to your arrival, unless it is high season/xmas then the balance will be required sooner, we will be in contact with you to confirm your booking and payment requirements. All credit card payments are processed via our secure merchant service provider.
Cancellations - NO refund will be given on cancellations within 4 weeks of the booked stay, unless we can re let the accommodation for the same dates, in this case a cancellation fee of $50 will apply to cover admin costs.
Our accommodation does not cater for schoolies and noisey party groups.
